WAGO Cloud

WAGO Cloud mahdollistaa datan keruun ja datan analysoinnin eri koneista ja järjestelmistä keskitettyyn sijaintiin. Lisäksi voit hallita ja valvoa kaikkia WAGO-ohjaimia, myös dataa ja sovelluksia. Helppo, käyttäjäystävällinen WAGO Cloud kehitettiin, jotta sitä voisivat käyttää henkilöt, joilla ei ole laajaa IT-osaamista.

Pilvipalvelut

Kaiken takana on data: Ennen tekninen data saatiin kentältä ohjaustasolle vain parhaimmassa tapauksessa. Nyt tämä on muuttunut. Modernin informaatioteknologian ansiosta kaikkein tärkeimmät tuotantotiedot eivät ole enää rajoitettuja klassiseen automaatiopyramidiin, vaan ne ovat saatavilla missä ja milloin tahansa. Teknisten olosuhteiden täytyy kuitenkin olla siihen oikeita. WAGO PFC -ohjaimet ja Touch Panel 600 -kosketuspaneelit kattavat pilvipalvelut ja tiedonsiirron WAGO Cloud -pilveen – tai mihin tahansa muuhun MQTT broker -palveluun.

Helppo koneen päivitys pilven kautta

Firmware- ja sovelluspäivitykset laajentavat WAGO Cloud:n toimintoja.

Lähetä helposti ja turvallisesti dataa koneista ja järjestelmistä MQTT:n kautta WAGO Cloudiin tai muuhun MQTT-ohjelmaan – se on helppoa WAGOn ohjelmistoversiota 12 käyttävillä PFC-ohjaimilla. Uuden laiteohjelmisto- ja sovelluspäivitystoiminnon ansiosta yhteys tehtaaseen voidaan toteuttaa nyt vieläkin helpommin. Tämä mahdollistuu, koska laiteohjelmistojen ja logiikkasovellusten päivitykset onnistuvat suoraan pilven kautta.

Tämä toiminto on erityisen hyödyllinen niille käyttäjille, jotka ohjaavat useita samantyyppisiä koneita PFC-ohjaimen kautta. Kunkin koneen erikseen päivittämisen sijasta kaikki koneet voidaan päivittää samanaikaisesti WAGO Cloud:n kautta. Käyttäjä voi vaihtoehtoisesti valita, mitkä koneet päivitetään.
