The WAGO Connectivity Portal offers a high-performance infrastructure for the growing number of Industry 4.0 applications. This new portal is designed to transfer data effectively and securely via Internet, with consistent use of OpenVPN technology guaranteeing security.

OpenVPN Technology

WAGO's Connectivity Portal transfers data with established security standards regardless of location, based on OpenVPN technology. This separation makes it the ideal solution for accessing controllers for remote maintenance, configuration change or work on different projects from different locations. In addition, the WAGO Connectivity Portal enables data exchange between widely dispersed systems, triggering a corresponding reaction in the other system, for example, when a limit value occurs.

WAGO's Connectivity Portal enables flexible, location-independent access to:

  • Distributed stations via intuitive web visualization (e.g., for remote maintenance)
  • On-site installations, e.g., for comfortable control and configuration via smart devices (Android, iOS, Windows) and Web browser
  • WAGO's line of PFC Controllers for automatic site-to-site connection, e.g., for data exchange between systems and machines (M2M)
