Nuova versione di telecontrollo del controllore PFC200 di WAGO con Master PROFIBUS DP

Il nuovo controllore PFC200 di WAGO con il master PROFIBUS DP crea i gateway tra gli slave PROFIBUS DP e i protocolli di telecontrollo supportando i protocolli di telecontrollo IEC 60870-5-101/-103/-104, IEC 61850/61400-25 e DNP3. La nuova versione del PFC200 porta con se delle possibilità di networking supplementari per le applicazioni elettriche, idriche e le reti del gas. Questa versione per temperature ampliate supporta il funzionamento in ambienti con temperature che variano dai -20 ai +60 °C per soddisfare i più severi requisiti tecnologici del telecontrollo.

Programmazione semplice, comunicazione sicura

Il nuovo controllore PFC200 di WAGO utilizza il sistema operativo Linux® real-time e può essere programmato utilizzando il software di configurazione WAGO-I/O-PRO, collaudato a livello industriale, basato su file CODESYS GSD facilmente leggibili tramite il PROFIBUS Configurator integrato. Una serie di misure di sicurezza complete tra cui SSL/TLS 1.2, SSH, VPN e un firewall proteggono i dati di produzione sensibili.

Controllore collaudato con nuove funzioni

L'hardware potente del controllore PFC200 dispone di funzioni di telecontrollo integrate e fa affidamento su interfacce ETHERNET e CAN collaudate come gli altri controllori della famiglia PFC200. Il nuovo controllore con un'interfaccia del master PROFIBUS DP e funzioni di telecontrollo dispone inoltre di un'ampia varietà di omologazioni che ne consentono l'impiego praticamente in qualsiasi applicazione. Inoltre, praticamente ciascuno degli oltre 500 moduli I/O del WAGO-I/O-SYSTEM è supportato dal bus locale della serie 750 di WAGO. Ciò significa che in aggiunta ai moduli I/O digitali e analogici, sono disponibili svariati moduli speciali (ad es., moduli per la misurazione della potenza trifase) per la registrazione e l'elaborazione di un ampio spettro di segnali.
