Para áreas peligrosas: WAGO-I/O-SYSTEM 750 XTR

Con los componentes de la serie 750 XTR, WAGO ofrece una solución que amplía las posibilidades de uso de máquinas y sistemas en relación con las condiciones ambientales y los factores de interferencia externos, proporcionando a su vez el más alto grado de flexibilidad. Temperaturas de −40 °C a 70 °C, vibraciones de hasta 5g, con certificación para trabjar a 5.000 m de altura o inmunidad mejorada frente a las interferencias electromagnéticas y otras interferencias de acuerdo con EN60870-2-1: la serie 750 XTR es la solución de WAGO para áreas peligrosas

WAGO-I/O-SYSTEM 750 XTR puede utilizarse tanto fuera de áreas peligrosas como dentro de zonas 2/22 en el interior de una carcasa homologada. Todos los módulos cuentan con la certificación ATEX/IECEx para uso en zonas 2/22. Además de las señales habituales de los sensores y actuadores usados en zonas 2/22, los módulos de E/S con carcasa azul también permiten integrar sensores y actuadores de seguridad intrínseca para zonas 0/20 y 1/21.

Seguridad intrínseca en condiciones extremas

Las letras XTR que sirven para designar al módulo hacen referencia a los ambientes «eXTRemos». Su rango de temperaturas ambiente de −40 °C a +70 °C permite utilizar los módulos en cualquier zona climática sin tener que proporcionar protección adicional mediante sistemas de aire acondicionado o calefacción. La inmunidad frente a la tensión de impacto y la interferencia electromagnética convierten los módulos en la solución ideal para sistemas de media tensión. Además, gracias a su resistencia a choque y vibraciones extremas, los módulos XTR cumplen incluso los requisitos para ferrocarril y pueden instalarse en motores diésel marítimos. Todas las placas de circuito cuentan con una capa de barniz que protege la electrónica de potencia y los circuitos de corriente frente a la condensación de breve duración.

Esta combinación de requisitos de seguridad intrínseca con resistencia a entornos extremos hacen de WAGO-I/O-SYSTEM 750 XTR un complemento indispensable en los sistemas de la industria del petróleo y el gas en el flujo tanto ascendente (extracción, procesamiento) como descendente (transporte, refinamiento), así como en los sistemas exteriores expuestos a ciclos térmicos extremos. WAGO-I/O-SYSTEM 750 XTR no solo funciona como un simple sistema de E/S a distancia, sino que ofrece un sistema de control versátil, fiable y preparado para el futuro con los controladores de alta calidad PFC200 XTR.
