  • Terminal strips of different lengths can be mounted without pole loss using one- to three-pole versions
  • Reduced number of variants for lower production costs
  • Delivery in tape-and-reel packaging for full integration into SMT soldering process

Product Overview

Discover our Range of SMD PCB Terminal Blocks

2059 Series – for the Smallest Sizes

With a height of merely 2.7 mm (1.063 inch), the smallest WAGO terminal block is the ideal solution for extremely small LED modules. The 2059 Series accommodates standard conductors up to 0.5 mm2 (20 AWG, solid) in very confined spaces. Board-to-board connection links simplify in-line assembly of several LED modules into a single string.

Advantages:

  • Low profile of just 2.7 mm (1.063 inch)
  • Push-in termination of solid conductors
  • Conductor range: 26 … 20 AWG (0.14 … 0.5 mm², solid)
  • Easy conductor removal via operating tool
  • Group arrangement is possible via one- to three-pole units without pole loss, reducing the number of variants and lowering production costs
  • Pin spacing: 3 mm (0.118 inch)
  • Delivery in tape-and-reel packaging for full integration into SMT soldering process

2060 Series – for Manual and Automated Wiring

The 2060 Series is the universal solution for connecting LED modules. With an integrated push-button and a conductor range from 24 to 18 AWG (0.2 to 0.75 mm2, solid/fine-stranded), this series offers great freedom for both manual and automated wiring. Board-to-board connection links simplify in-line assembly of several LED modules into a single string.

Advantages:

  • A low profile of just 4.5 mm (1.771 inch) and white housing to minimize on-board shadowing
  • Push-in termination of solid conductors
  • Easy conductor removal via operating tool
  • Group arrangement is possible via one- to three-pole units without pole loss, reducing the number of variants and lowering production costs
  • Available in 4 and 8 mm (0.157 and 0.315 inch) pin spacing (for higher rated voltage)
  • Delivery in tape-and-reel packaging for full integration into SMT soldering process
  • Also available as THR version

2061 Series – for Direct Power System Feed-In

WAGO’s 2061 Series SMD PCB Terminal Blocks accommodate conductors ranging from 20 to 16 AWG (0.5 to 1.5 mm², solid/fine-stranded) – perfect both for industrial applications and direct feed-in of LED modules.

Advantages:

  • Low profile: 5.6 mm (2.207 inch)
  • Push-in termination of solid conductors
  • Push-button for easy connection and disconnection of all conductor types
  • Group arrangement is possible via one- to three-pole units without pole loss, reducing the number of variants and lowering production costs
  • Pin spacing: 6 mm (0.236 inch)
  • Delivery in tape-and-reel packaging for full integration into SMT soldering process
  • Also available as THR version

2065 Series – Reduced to the Essentials

Reduced to the essentials, WAGO’s new 2065 Series SMD PCB Terminal Block provides the industry’s greatest termination capability in an ultra-compact footprint. Just 2.7 mm (1.063 inch) tall, the compact 2065 Series accommodates solid and fine-stranded conductors from 24 to 18 AWG (0.2 … 0.75 mm2;).

Advantages:

  • Maximum conductor range, minimum installation space
  • Compact design minimizes on-board LED shadowing
  • Conductor range: 24 … 18 AWG (0.2 … 0.75 mm⊃2;, solid and fine-stranded)
  • Industry-proven Push-in CAGE CLAMP®
  • Insert fine-stranded conductors and remove all conductor types via operating tool
  • An economical alternative to wire soldering
  • Delivery in tape-and-reel packaging for full integration into SMT soldering process

2070 Series – Back-Side Wiring of LED Modules

WAGO’s all-new 2070 Series SMD PCB Terminal Blocks provide back-side wiring of LED modules, minimizing on-board LED shadowing and simplifying wiring. With the new 2070 Series, WAGO is putting new SMD PCB Terminal Blocks for solid and fine-stranded conductors ranging from 0.2 to 0.75 mm2 (24–18 AWG) on the market. The special feature: The new terminals blocks are designed for back-side wiring of LED modules.

Advantages:

  • For shifting wiring to the back of the LED modules
  • Low profile of just 1.1 mm (0.433 inch) on top of the PCB minimizes shadowing
  • Easy pick-and-place assembly and minimum shadowing via optional cover
  • Optional marking of the clamping point helps prevent wiring errors
  • Clearance and creepage distances for use up to 500 V per EN 60598-1
  • Supports both manual and automated wiring

2075 Series – for Vertical Wiring

Simplify LED module wiring: WAGO’s new 2075 Series Through-Board SMD PCB Terminal Block allows you to connect conductors on the back of the LED modules – perpendicular to the PCB – for a more uniform light distribution.

Advantages:

  • Extremely compact design – 3.9 mm (1.535 inch)
  • Conductor range: 0.34… 0.75 mm² (20 … 18 AWG, solid)
  • PUSH-WIRE® termination of solid conductors
