Disjoncteurs électroniques

Les disjoncteurs électroniques de WAGO vous offrent plus de sécurité lors de la protection de votre installation. De plus, grâce à leur capacité de communication, ils fournissent des données sur l'état actuel du canal et des charges connectées.

Pourquoi une protection côté secondaire ?

Les alimentations fournissent une tension continue sur le côté secondaire, avec laquelle les récepteurs sont alimentés dans des circuits de commande tels que des contrôleurs, des dispositifs de commande et d'affichage, des relais auxiliaires, etc. Dans ces circuits de commande, il existe également une demande de protection de ligne et éventuellement aussi une protection d'appareil, si le récepteur ne possède pas son propre dispositif de protection. De plus, la directive sur les machines EN 60204 impose de détecter les défauts à la terre dangereux dans les circuits de commande et de les couper dans les 5 secondes.

La protection contre les surintensités dans les modules d'alimentation à découpage primaire réagit très rapidement aux surintensités survenant du côté de la sortie. Si une protection sélective des voies de courant individuelles du côté secondaire doit avoir lieu, les fusibles ou les disjoncteurs classiques se révèlent alors souvent inefficaces à moins que l'unité d'alimentation électrique ne puisse temporairement fournir une surintensité élevée.

Quels types de protection y a-t-il ?

Thermique

Possibilités d'utilisation :

  • On a par ex. les fusibles moyenne/haute tension, le fusible de protection d'appareil
  • Surintensités élevées nécessaires pour un déclenchement rapide

Explication :

  • Figure d'exemple : surintensité 10 fois (sur la base de la valeur nominale du fusible) : déclenchement dans la plage 30 ms (pire des cas) ou 200 ms (pire cas)
  • Surintensité de seulement 2 fois : déclenchement dans la plage 2 s (meilleur cas) ou > 100 s (pire des cas).

Thermique et magnétique

Possibilités d'utilisation :

  • On les trouve dans les disjoncteurs ou les interrupteurs de protection de moteur
  • Surintensités élevées nécessaires pour un déclenchement rapide

Explication :

  • Figure d'exemple : surintensité de 3 à 5 fois avec caractéristique B et fonctionnement en courant alternatif, facteur de sécurité supplémentaire : 1,2 ou 1,5
  • Dans le pire des cas, un courant de déclenchement de 7,5 fois le courant nominal est nécessaire.

Électronique

Possibilités d'utilisation :

  • Protection possible de grandes longueurs de câble et de petites sections transversales

Explication :

  • Les fusibles électroniques assurent une protection fiable même avec des surintensités faibles et de grandes longueurs de câble.

Comment fonctionnent les fusibles électroniques ?

Le disjoncteur électronique vérifie si le courant de sortie est supérieur au courant nominal. Dès que le courant de sortie dépasse le courant nominal, la sortie est coupée électroniquement, c'est-à-dire via un commutateur à semi-conducteur. Le temps de déclenchement dépend de la valeur de la surintensité. La mesure du courant de sortie, le traitement et le calcul du temps de déclenchement ainsi que la commande du commutateur à semi-conducteur sont effectués au moyen d'un microprocesseur qui surveille un ou plusieurs canaux sortants. Les temps de déclenchement correspondants peuvent être trouvés par ex. dans l'illustration adjacente.
