We consider high-quality products and courteous service as integral to ensuring your satisfaction. Therefore, we consider a fast and clearly structured settlement to be in your interest. Regardless of whether it is a return or a complaint, we will find the best solution for you!

Important Notes for Your Return Shipment:

  • Always notify us of a return using the return form.
  • Provide the reference number.
  • Returns are for credit only.

Returns for Credit

To obtain authorisation to return WAGO products the following criteria must
be met:
  • Written request of product codes and quantities including the corresponding PO’s they were purchased on to be submitted to our customer services team via email on uksales@wago.com
  • All goods must be less than 12 months old
  • All products must be in 100% re-saleable condition in their original packaging
  • All packaging must be unopened, undamaged, and unmarked including no customer stickers attached.
  • The responsibility for the return of the goods is with the customer and must take place within 14 days of receiving the return note, ensuring the return note is with the goods
  • A 20% handling fee will be applied to the credit
  • Goods received without prior authorisation, will not be accepted, or processed. They will be returned to sender or scrapped if the customer does not supply the information required within 14 days. This also applies to goods received without a return note.
  • WAGO cannot accept made to order or custom assembled parts back as returns.

Please note: WAGO reserve the right to reject any returns, even if the above conditions are met in full.
