Montaż przewodów aluminiowych do złączek WAGO

Pod określonymi poniżej warunkami dopuszcza się podłączanie jednodrutowych przewodów aluminiowych do niektórych złączek z zaciskiem sprężynowym.

Złączki instalacyjne WAGO:

Złączki wyposażone są zaciski PUSH WIRE^® (serie 2273,773) lub w zaciski CAGE CLAMP^® (serie 222, 224).
Złączki do 4 mm² oraz maks. przekrój przewodu aluminiowego 4 mm² .
Zacisk zostanie prawidłowo wypełniony specjalną pastą stykową Alu-Plus (nr kat. 249-130).
UWAGA! Nie dopuszcza się łączenia przewodów aluminiowych za pomocą złączek z dźwignią z serii 221.

Złączki wyposażone w zaciski CAGE CLAMP^®
Złączki do 4 mm² oraz maks. przekrój przewodu aluminiowego 4 mm² .
Zacisk zostanie prawidłowo wypełniony specjalną pastą stykową Alu-Plus (nr kat. 249-130).
UWAGA! Nie dopuszcza się podłączania przewodów aluminiowych do zacisków Push-in CAGE CLAMP® (rodzina złączek TOPJOB® S).

Instrukcja podłączania przewodów aluminiowych

Odizoluj przewód aluminiowy na długość wskazaną w karcie katalogowej lub na infografice na obudowie złączki.
Oczyść utlenioną powierzchnię odizolowanej końcówki przewodu aluminiowego.
Nałóż na powierzchnię końcówki przewodu aluminiowego warstwę pasty stykowej Alu-Plus z aplikatora.
Do otworu złączki, do którego będzie montowany przewód aluminiowy, wprowadź za pomocą specjalnego aplikatora (strzykawki) pastę stykową, aż do momentu pełnego wypełnienia zacisku. W przypadku zacisków CAGE CLAMP® oraz otwieranych za pomocą dźwigni, przed naciśnięciem tłoczka strzykawki, otwórz sprężyny za pomocą narzędzia montażowego lub dźwigni.
Wetknij przewody aluminiowe do zacisków wypełnionych pastą stykową Alu-Plus (alu-pasta).
Pamiętaj o ograniczeniu maksymalnej obciążalności przewodów aluminiowych w porównaniu z miedzianymi:
- 2,5 mm² (Al) = maks. 16 A
- 4 mm² (Al) = maks. 22 A

Końcówkę strzykawki z pastą Alu-Plus wprowadź do otworów złączki. Naciśnij tłok aplikatora, aż pasta wypełni w sposób widoczny wnętrze złączki. Następnie wprowadź przewody do zacisków.
