MCS MICRO

Saves application space: WAGO's smallest MCS MICRO Connector is offered with 2.5 mm (0.098 inch) pin spacing and is designed for applications where space is at a premium. This connector terminates conductors ranging in size from 0.08 to 0.5 mm2 (28–20 AWG).

MCS MIDI Classic

Standard connectors for device connections: WAGO's versatile MCS MIDI Classic Connectors are available with 5, 5.08, 7.5 and 7.62 mm (0.197, 0.2, 0.295 and 0.3 inch) pin spacing. Included universal CAGE CLAMP® connection is suitable for all conductor types from 0.08 to 2.52 mm² (28–12 AWG). Connectors equipped with locking levers or screw flanges secure connections by preventing accidental disconnection.

MCS MIDI

Versatile connectors with additional safety: WAGO's MCS MIDI Connectors are available with 5 mm (0.197 inch) and 7.5 mm (0.295 inch) pin spacing and offer additional connection safety and reliability. Only mating halves with the same number of poles can be combined. Custom coding options ensure 100% protection against mismating. Mismating is also prevented by selecting the same number of poles. Connect all conductor types ranging in size from 0.08 to 2.5 mm2 (28–12 AWG).

MCS MAXI 6

The connector system for higher performance: The new connector system MCS MAXI 6 expands the power electronics family with lever. With a conductor cross-section range of 0.5 to 10 mm 2 , the connectors have an increased current carrying capacity and are therefore suitable for requirements for higher currents. Thanks to the intuitive lever, the conductors can be wired directly in the hand. MCS MAXI 6 is available with a grid dimension of 7.62 mm.

Maximum Safety in the Smallest Space

Center locking lever and strain relief plate for WAGO MCS MAXI 16 Pluggable PCB Connectors offer safety in the most compact design.

Both the highest safety and an easy-to-use design – in the smallest of spaces – is provided by the center locking lever with and without strain relief plate for WAGO's 832 Series MCS MAXI 16 Pluggable PCB Connectors. This makes WAGO the market's most compact solution for the locking of pluggable PCB connector for power electronics.

The intuitive center locking lever protects against unintentional disconnection of the connector – without additional pin spacing width, allowing the connectors to be placed directly next to each other. In combination with the strain relief plate, conductors are secured against pull-out forces. At the same time, the user has a solid gripping plate that makes plugging and unplugging of the connector easier.

Flexible Mounting Adapters for Secure DIN-Rail and Panel Mounting

Secure and flexible mounting: This is what WAGO's new mounting adapters bring to the MCS MAXI 6 and 16 PCB Connection Systems with levers. These mounting adapters allow you to easily secure flying leads with cross-sections up to 25 mm2 to a DIN-35 rail or panel.
