2. Special Objects of Regulation
2.1 When using the WAGO Website, the user must not (i) harm persons, especially minors, or infringe upon another's personal rights. (ii) violate common decency by his or her use conduct, (iii) infringe commercial property rights, copyrights or other ownership rights, (iv) transmit content with viruses, “Trojan horses,” or other programming that can damage software, (v) enter, save or send hyperlinks or content to which he or she is not authorized, especially if these hyperlinks or content violate confidentiality obligations or are unlawful, (vi) disseminate advertising or unsolicited emails (“Spam”) or incorrect warnings of viruses, faulty functions and the like, or solicit participation in sweepstakes, snowball systems, chain letters, pyramid schemes or similar actions.
2.2 The WAGO Website may contain hyperlinks to third-party websites. WAGO does not accept any responsibility for the content of these websites, nor does WAGO claim ownership of these websites or their content, because WAGO does not control the linked data and is also not responsible for the content and information they furnish. Their use is under the user's own risk.
2.3 Information on the WAGO Website may contain specifications or general descriptions of technical possibilities of products, which in individual cases (e.g., due to product modifications) need not always be available. In individual cases, therefore, the desired product performance features are to be agreed upon purchase. Although WAGO strives to keep the WAGO Website free of viruses, WAGO does not guarantee any freedom from viruses. For his or her own protection, as well as to prevent viruses on the WAGO Website, the user must ensure adequate security devices and virus scanners before downloading information, software or documentation.
