Succès d'entreprise avec le Cloud

Acquérir, numériser des données et les combiner de manière avantageuse : voilà les idées principales de Industrie 4.0. Avec une simple mise à niveau, les contrôleurs PFC100 et PFC200 de WAGO deviennent maintenant des contrôleurs IoT qui envoient dans le Cloud des données à partir des niveaux de terrain. On peut dès lors organiser ces données et les utiliser pour analyse, ce qui représente une réelle valeur ajoutée pour l'entreprise ; que ce soit pour améliorer l'efficacité de la production, pour gérer mieux l'énergie dans les bâtiments ou pour développer des services destinés aux clients finaux. Des installations existantes deviennent aussi IoT-ready et sont adaptées pour le futur. Ainsi, la famille de PFC forme la base pour un monde de l'entreprise durable.

Flexible et pérenne

Quelques gestes et les contrôleurs PFC100 et PFC200 deviennent des dispositifs IoT, il suffit d’étendre le firmware et de programmer l'application CEI avec la bibliothèque correspondante. On peut alors envoyer et par ex. visualiser dans un Cloud des informations d'état comme Run/Stop, des états de connexion, des informations d'appareil ainsi que des variables définies dans un programme CEI. C'est le client qui décide si le contrôleur envoie les données à Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services ou IBM Bluemix. Ultérieurement, on peut aussi établir des connexions vers des solutions de tierces parties grâce au protocole standardisé MQTT. Les données sont transmises au format JSON (JavaScript Object Notation), la connexion est cryptée par TLS.

La mise à jour du logiciel peut être confortablement réalisée par l'utilisateur dans un navigateur Web à l'aide de la gestion basée Web (WMB). De plus, des bibliothèques pour CODESYS 2.3 et e!COCKPIT sont également incluses dans la livraison. La configuration des données de connexion au Cloud se fait aussi par WMB. Les variables qui doivent être transférées dans le Cloud peuvent être définies dans un programme CEI ; le programmeur a ainsi constamment le contrôle.
