Um plugin torna os controladores WAGO prontos para IoT

A fusão da TI e automação. Qualquer membro da família de controladores PFC da WAGO pode ser transformado em um controlador IoT conectado na nuvem, por meio de um simples upgrade do software MQTT.

Sucesso nos negócios com a Nuvem

Registrar, digitalizar e vincular dados com lucratividade – este é o conceito por trás da Indústria 4.0. Um simples upgrade transforma os Controladores PFC100 e PFC200 da WAGO, em controladores IoT que transmitem dados do nível de campo para a nuvem, onde esses dados podem ser agregados e usados para análises. Isso gera um real valor agregado para as empresas – Seja para aumentar a eficiência na produção interna, implementar o gerenciamento de energia em prédios ou continuar a desenvolver serviços para clientes finais. Os sistemas existentes também são compatíveis com IoT, os tornando sustentáveis para o futuro. É assim que a linha de controladores PFC da WAGO formam a base para o mundo corporativo sustentável.

Flexível e projetado para o futuro

Em apenas algumas etapas simples, ambos os Controladores da WAGO, PFC100 e PFC200, podem ser transformados em um dispositivo IoT pela instalação de um upgrade de firmware e programação de um aplicativo IEC com a biblioteca correspondente. Após essas etapas, informações de status como Executar/Parar, status da conexão, informações do dispositivo e variáveis definidas no programa IEC podem ser transmitidas e visualizadas na nuvem. O cliente pode decidir se o controlador deve enviar os dados para o Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services ou IBM Bluemix. Conexões a soluções de terceiros também serão possíveis no futuro, graças a padronização do protocolo MQTT. Os dados são transmitidos em arquivos JSON (JavaScript Object Notation - Notação de objeto JavaScript), e os objetos são criptografados usando TLS.

Os dados podem ser transmitidos com segurança do nível de campo para a nuvem, por meio da interface MQTT.

O usuário pode facilmente executar a atualização de software em um navegador da web, usando o sistema de gerenciamento baseado na web (Web-Based Management - WBM, na sigla em inglês) da WAGO. Bibliotecas para o CoDeSys 2.3 e o e!COCKPIT também estão incluídas. Os dados de conexão à nuvem também são configurados usando WBM. As variáveis que serão transferidas para a nuvem podem ser definidas usando o programa IEC – o programador está sempre no controle.
