WAGO Cabinet Wiring Robot

Modular Robotic Stations for Control Cabinet Manufacturing

60% More Efficiency in Control Cabinet Wiring

Wiring control cabinets remains a process heavily reliant on manual labor. As a result, there is an increasing push for solutions to make wiring more efficient – saving time and costs while addressing the skilled labor shortage.

WAGO is actively responding to these customer demands by introducing the modular WAGO Cabinet Wiring Robot, an automation solution designed to streamline control cabinet wiring. When combined with the conductor preparation station, which can also be used as a standalone unit, the robot reduces manual workload by 60% for single-sided wiring of frames and mounting plates.

Benefits:

  • Reduces manual labor by 60%

  • Quick return on investment

  • Consistently high-quality results

  • Compatible with components from any manufacturer

  • No 3D-CAE engineering required

Fully Automated Conductor Preparation Station

The conductor preparation station holds up to 16 conductors, ready for processing based on demand. It automates the selection, measurement, cutting, stripping on both ends and crimping of ferrules, saving the operator a time-consuming process.

  • Simultaneous access to up to 16 conductors
  • Conductor cross-sections from 0.5 to 2.5 mm²
  • Conductor lengths from 300 to 2500 mm
  • Fully automated selection, measurement, cutting, stripping on both ends and crimping of ferrules
  • Optional conductor marking

After ferrule treatment, the conductors undergo a pull-out quality test. Upon successful verification, the finished conductors are handed over to the operator or wiring robot.
