WAGO offers flexible integration of your infrastructure – such as elevator/door interfacing – into fleet management software that supports standardized communication per VDA5050, for example. A broad portfolio with a large number of interfaces, such as KNX®, BACnet® is available. This makes it possible to easily integrate both AGVs and AMRs into your production and to transfer the roller gate data (open/closed) to the fleet manager. This ensures that gates and elevators are activated precisely when required by the transport process. AnyFleet – The Intelligent | WAGO Stage Automation Platform

Idealworks GmbH’s intelligent AnyFleet automation platform is a cloud-based solution for fleet management. Mobile robots can be easily and securely integrated via the VDA5050 interface, regardless of the manufacturer. The software enables centralized, efficient coordination of material flows, integration with systems such as ERP and WMS, and provides detailed insight into system performance to increase operational efficiency. The integration of our WAGO IoT Box allows all peripheral devices to be easily integrated into the fleet manager via OPC UA, REST API or MQTT. Additional mobile communication paths and corresponding buffers ensure secure and smooth processes.

Industrial Trucks

Both AGVs and AMRs belong to driverless transport vehicles with their own drive. They are designed to pull or transport materials. WAGO Application Load Management (WALM) is a dynamic load management system for regulating the total charging power at a grid connection point, taking into account the maximum connection capacity. Conveyor Belt

The WAGO Power Supply Pro 2 for 48 VDC or 24 VDC guarantees a constant, fail-safe roller drive.
