IT와 자동화가 결합된 WAGO의 PFC 컨트롤러 제품군의 모든 제품은 간단한 MQTT 소프트웨어 업그레이드를 사용하여 클라우드에 연결된 IoT 컨트롤러로 변형할 수 있습니다.

클라우드와 함께 사업의 성공을

데이터의 기록, 디지털화 및 연계에서 수익을 창출하는 것 - 이것이 인더스트리 4.0의 핵심 컨셉입니다. 간단한 업그레이드만으로 WAGO PFC100과 PFC200 컨트롤러는 IoT 컨트롤러로 변모합니다. 이는 자체 생산의 효율성 향상, 건물의 에너지 관리 실행, 최종 고객을 위한 서비스 개발 등 추구하는 목표가 무엇이든 기업을 위한 추가 가치를 창출합니다. 기존의 시스템 역시 IoT에 사용할 준비가 완료되어 미래에도 계속 사용할 수 있습니다. 즉, WAGO PFC 컨트롤러 제품군은 지속가능한 기업 문화의 기반을 형성합니다.

미래를 위한 유연한 디자인

펌웨어 업그레이드를 설치하고 해당하는 라이브러리로 IEC 애플리케이션을 프로그래밍하는 간단한 몇 단계만으로 WAGO PFC100과 PFC200 컨트롤러 모두는 IoT 장치로 변모합니다. 이 단계를 따라 실행/중단, 연결 상태, 장치 정보 및 IEC 프로그램에 정의된 변수 등의 상태 정보가 클라우드로 전송되어 눈으로 확인할 수 있습니다. 고객은 컨트롤러가 데이터를 마이크로소프트 Azure, 아마존 웹 서비스 또는 IBM Bluemix 중 어디로 보낼 지 결정할 수 있습니다. 표준화된 MQTT 프로토콜 덕에 차후에는 제 3자 솔루션에 연결하는 것도 가능해질 것입니다. 데이터는 JSON 파일(JavaScript Object Notation)로 전송되며 링크는 TLS를 사용하여 암호화됩니다.

사용자는 WAGO의 웹 기반 관리(WBM) 시스템을 사용하여 웹 브라우저에서 쉽게 소프트웨어 업데이트를 실행할 수 있습니다. CoDeSys 2.3 및 e!COCKPIT을 위한 라이브러리 또한 포함되어 있습니다. 클라우드 접속 데이터 역시 WBM을 사용하여 설정합니다. 클라우드로 이전될 변수는 IEC 프로그램을 통해 정의할 수 있습니다. 즉, 프로그래머는 언제나 작업을 제어할 수 있습니다.
